At Fixomart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product from what was advertised, you may be eligible for a return or refund.

1. Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product is significantly different from its description or images.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

3. Change of Mind

For hygiene, safety, and logistical reasons, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted unless specifically stated on the product page.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging, where applicable
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Products returned after the return period

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence.

6. Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
